The treatments we decline.
A short list, and the reasoning behind each one.

Anything booked by name before assessment
A patient who arrives having decided on a specific device has been sold to somewhere else. We will assess and then discuss, and sometimes the answer differs from what was expected.
Filler to correct significant laxity
It adds weight to skin that is already struggling to hold what it has. The result reads heavy, and it is the single most common thing we are asked to help undo.
Resurfacing over active acne
It spreads inflammation and extends healing. The acne is managed first, and that often means a referral rather than a treatment here.
Anything requested to resemble a photograph
Including photographs of the patient at twenty-five. Faces change in structure, not only in surface, and chasing an old photograph produces a result that satisfies nobody.
If you want to talk this through
Consultations run forty-five minutes and carry no obligation to book treatment. Bring the question you actually have, not the one you think you should ask.
