Everything here, including the journal, is general information. It is written carefully but it is not tailored to you, and it cannot account for your history, medications, or anatomy.
Using this site, submitting an enquiry, or emailing us does not create a clinician–patient relationship. That begins at an in-person consultation. Never delay seeking medical advice because of something you read here. In an emergency, call 911.
Results and imagery
Case studies on this site show real outcomes for individual patients, photographed under matched conditions and published with written authorization. They are not a prediction. Outcomes vary with anatomy, medical history, technique, and aftercare, and some patients are advised against treatment altogether.
Where a photograph is a stock or illustrative image rather than a patient of this practice, it is labelled as such.
Enquiries, appointments and cancellations
- Submitting the consultation form is a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment exists once we confirm it.
- Consultations are $75, credited against treatment booked within ninety days.
- We ask for twenty-four hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Later cancellations and missed appointments may be charged.
- We may decline or discontinue treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.
Intellectual property
The text, photography, design and code of this site belong to Maganda Medical Aesthetics or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, scrape, or use our patient photography for any purpose.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, submit false information through the forms, or use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Third-party links
We link out where it is genuinely useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and the courts of Kent County have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, dated below.
