What this actually is
Injectables covers two unrelated categories that get spoken about as one. Neuromodulators relax muscle. Fillers and biostimulators add or provoke volume. They solve different problems and are not interchangeable, though they are frequently sold as though they were.
Almost everything that goes wrong in this category comes from treating the place the patient is pointing at rather than the place the problem is coming from.
How we dose
Conservatively on a first visit, then reviewed. Every patient metabolises differently and the only way to find your dose is to start below it.
What we photograph
Front, both obliques, and in motion. Filed under standardised lighting so a comparison at twelve months means something.
What this costs
Quoted at consultation as a plan, not per unit. Per-unit pricing encourages the wrong conversation.
